Butner, North Carolina

I was lucky enough to visit Butner , North Carolina at the end of March. Why Butner? It could have been to be an inmate at the Federal prison, or a resident of the State Mental Handicapped facilities or did I check into the State Mental Hospital? Maybe I was just there to lobby for or againt the Bio Lab they want to build there. Well, yes, all of these things are in Butner but so is my Big sister Cassie and her family. I had a ball being there with them. They are the best hosts and she makes the best dinners. Other than the fact that my luggage got locked on the plane and no one working at the airport knew how to get the door open and I didn't get my luggage until 5:30 the next day the trip was wonderful. I got to spend time playing with outside on bikes and a little basketball Hayden and Alyssa, learning how to make bread, French bread and Orange Rolls, read a whole book, spent an entire Saturday in my pj's playing board games, watching Enchanted 3 times, sang, danced, stayed up until 3am talking most nights, miniature golfing, eating Carolina Barbque, shopping and just relaxing.
